Belle WIP 5

Been a while, eh? Well, progress is continuing on this lovely piece! I have decided that I am going to keep going even if the fabric is a bit shorter than I would like (it's 22 inches long instead of 24 which is what I should have cut the fabric at). I think I figured out where I went wrong. This was the largest project I had picked up at the time and it was my first time working with linen. I did cut the fabric at 23 inches but when I folded and stitched the edges to prevent fraying this ended up eating up that extra inch. 

Lesson learned and I do still have enough room to work... barely.
